Terms and Conditions Upon making a purchase, Tea and Wares will send an e-mail detailing confirmation of payment along with shipping information.  Orders are processed the same day they are received. 

Shipping and Handling

UPS ships all orders.  Charges are prepaid and added to your invoice.  Orders received by 2:00 PM are usually shipped same day.  We offer customers the option of UPS “Next Day” or “Ground” shipping, which is selected during order checkout.

Payment

Customers can pay for purchases using a major credit card or money order.  Send Money Order payments to:  Tea and Wares, P.O. Box 6281, Aurora, IL 60598.

Cancellation/Refused Orders

If you decide to cancel or refuse any part of your order after it has been shipped, please note that you will be responsible for the full amount of round trip shipping and handling charges.
